Oats Chicken Halim
Today we will be explaining how you can cook ‘Oats Chicken Halim’’ for your family or friends. It has a very healthy vide on it.
Put 2 tablespoon of Sunflower oil on a fry pan and hit it.
Put ½ cup onion in the hot oil.
When the onion turns a bit brown, mix Cloves, Bay leaves, Cardamom and Cinnamon.
Now add Chili Powder 1 teaSpoon, Turmeric powder ½ teaSpoon, Garlic Paste 1 teaSpoon and Ginger Paste 1 teaSpoon. Pour some water.
Now add chicken, Garam Masala Powder 1 teaSpoon, Coriander Powder 1 teaSpoon, Cumin powder ½ teaSpoon and ½ cup of water. Cover the fry pan for 10-15 minutes.
Now add Halim Mix Masala 1 teaSpoon, A mixture of 3 kinds of Dal ½ Cup, 1 cup of water and salt. Cover the fry pan again for a couple of minutes.
Add Oats ½ cup, green Chili 4-5 pcs, Coriander Leaves.
The Halim is ready now. You can serve it by adding friend onion and ginger if you like.
