Pistachio Ice Cream

Ingredients
Instructions
  1. Mix milk and more than half of the sugar in water and heat it.

  2. Mix cornflour, remaining sugar and egg yolk in a bowl.

  3. Add a little amount of warm milk to the mixture.

  4. Mix the whole mixture with the remaining hot milk.

  5. Put it on the stove and keep stirring constantly until it thickens.

  6. Pour it in a bowl and cool it.

  7. Take the whipping cream and beat it.

  8. Then fold and mix with the prepared cream.

  9. Add few drops of food colour, pistachio essence, ground almonds and pistachio paste in it.

  10. Pour the ice cream into a container and chill it for 8 hours.

  11. For serving, pour the ice cream into the bowl.

  12. Sprinkle crushed pistachio on top.

  13. Delicious pistachio ice cream is ready to serve.
