Boal Mach is quite a popular fish in West Bengal, India and Bangladesh. This is also knwon as Wallago and Bangladeshi Cod fish. Boal has no scale and bones like any other catfish. So it’s always on hitlist of those fish lovers who has phobia with fish bones (or macher kanta)

বোয়াল মাচ পশ্চিমবঙ্গ, ভারত ও বাংলাদেশে বেশ জনপ্রিয় মাছ। এটি ওয়ালাগো এবং বাংলাদেশী কড মাছ নামেও পরিচিত। অন্যান্য ক্যাটফিশের মতো বোয়ালের কোনও স্কেল এবং হাড় নেই। তাই এটি সর্বদা সেই মাছ প্রেমীদের হিটলিস্টে থাকে যাদের মাছের হাড় নিয়ে ফোবিয়া রয়েছে (বা মাছের কান্ত)
